The New Plant
Departments and Technology
Each processing phase is conducted within our facility in Scorzè. From the storage of raw materials to packaging for shipment, each process is housed in a new environment, designed to optimise the production steps and included in a system configuration that allows us to automate logistics, reduce time and resources wastage, guarantee more space for personnel for increased productivity and improve our overall production organisation.
We have implemented a real-time data tracking and monitoring system at the new site, using an integrated factory software (MES). We have also created a team dedicated to developing work processes, especially production processes, from a lean perspective. Thanks to creating job descriptions for each worker, defined procedures and programmes with verified data reports, we can avoid tasks that do not deliver added value, so that we can identify and reduce waste. For us, this means placing value on our customers and their demands.
Raw materials warehouse
Before being processed, each raw material is stored in its own designated warehouse. The temperature-controlled area has a computerised, integrated management system that allows fast order entry, constant monitoring and planned supply.
Production technologies
The 2 plants producing RFID and anti-theft tags and the 14 plants for punching materials enable us to respond to emergencies and priorities in a timely manner. The entire machining cycle is thoroughly controlled and constantly monitored thanks to the comprehensive and dynamic MES system integrated into the machinery.
Quality control and packaging
In this area, we have placed five plants for quality control and product packaging. This technology, together with skilled employees, allows us to constantly monitor processing operations to prevent even the slightest printing error and to ensure maximum security and reliability of the product delivered to the customer.
Finished product storage warehouse
The new hub has optimised shipping and accelerated the organisation of shipments according to customers and carriers. We offer a delivery service using both internal and external means and people. This solution responds to the need to be flexible, rapid and able to respond even to time-critical deliveries, reducing the lead times associated with transport.
